We, Vietnamese peace-lovers call upon all Vietnamese overseas students in specific and all Vietnamese expatriates in general to share this important information to all of your international friends and ask them to share. This piece of information is of an attempt to expose the illegitimate actions of China's government in the East Sea, which seriously violate international laws and Viet Nam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagoes, and to inform all international and Chinese friends that: the declaration of China's sovereignty over Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagoes is null and void.
